Return Policy

At Duck Duck & 2 Geese, we take pride in creating unique, custom-made products tailored specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping and is completely unusable, we will replace it at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide photographic proof of the damage. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen during the ordering process. To ensure the timely processing of all orders, we offer a 2-hour window from the time you place your order and receive your confirmation email to cancel it.

If you need to cancel your order due to an error or change, please do so within 2 hours of receiving your confirmation email. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as your order will have already entered immediate production for shipping.

To cancel your order within the 2-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible through email at info@duckduckn2geese.com. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or offer refunds once production has begun.
